Young's Vegie Shed - Providers of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Ritual Coffee -  We can thank these guys for our daily caffeine fix! They are all about fresh, seasonal and ethically produced coffee beans, and they roast right here in Launceston. Catch 'em down at the Harvest Market every Saturday for your Ritual coffee when we're not open.

Manu Bread - Delicious traditional French breads and pastries. We use them cos they make the best baguettes in town!

We buy our honey from Honey Tasmania, a small locally owned shop dedicated to honey. Find them in the Quadrant Mall, Launceston.

Nine Owls Tea - We chose to make Nine Owls Tea blends (based in Samford, Qld) our house teas because they are entirely organic; their ingredients are top quality (you can taste the difference); and they source their ingredients from Australia where possible.

Mt Roland Free Range Eggs - We get our eggs from Mt Roland, a recently established free range egg supplier located about an hour out of Launceston. We use their eggs in our scrumptious Egg & Bacon Rolls. We also sell cartons of eggs.

41° South Salmon We use their salmon for it's quality, flavour and because they are arguably the most environmentally friendly inland salmon farm in Australia.

Day Time Food are a local business making granola and granola bars. We worked with Simon to create our very own Milkbar Blend of granola! The philosophy of Day Time Food demands sourcing the majority of ingredients locally and preparing them simply to create a superior handcrafted granola. The organic rolled oats come from Kindred Organics on the north west coast, organic leatherwood honey from Mole Creek, hazelnuts from Hazelbrae Hazelnuts and walnuts from southeast Tasmania.

Sandy's Sourdough - Famous for his sourdough and rustic sweet pastries, we've pinned Sandy down to bake some of our cakes & tarts. Yippee!

Brownie Point - Bake the most irresistible brownies. Homemade in Tasmania using the finest quality ingredients. All the brownies we get in are gluten free.

Rocky Gardens - The place to go for local fruit jams.  Their preserves are carefully handmade using traditional methods, local ingredients and spray-free produce whereever possible.
